Sarah Winslow
Sarah Winslow is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience in special education, community engagement, and program development. With a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities, Sarah has spearheaded numerous initiatives, including serving as the Statewide Director for Project SEARCH. Her expertise in transition services, specially designed instruction, and stakeholder collaboration has led to the successful employment and skill development of countless individuals. Sarah's dedication to fostering inclusive environments extends beyond her professional roles, as she actively participates in advisory committees, legislative actions, and professional learning communities.

She was appointed by Governor Gretchen Whitmer to serve on the Michigan Developmental Disabilities Council and has served multiple years on the Michigan Special Education Advisory Committee.   

She received the prestigious Champion Award in 2016, an honor bestowed by Michigan Rehabilitation Services and the Michigan Council for Rehabilitation Services in recognition of her outstanding contributions.

Michael Zivsak, LMSW

Michael is a dynamic and versatile professional whose expertise bridges clinical social work, education, and corporate finance. He holds advanced degrees in both finance—with substantial experience in lending and risk analysis for nonprofit and multinational organizations—and clinical social work.

His diverse background spans education, consulting, program development, mental health, and business, enabling him to bring a multidimensional perspective to his clients.
