Sarah Winslow is a visionary leader with almost 30 years of experience in special education, community engagement, and program development. With a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities, Sarah has spearheaded numerous initiatives, including serving as the Statewide Director for Project SEARCH. Her expertise in transition services, specially designed instruction, and stakeholder collaboration has led to the successful employment and skill development of countless individuals.
Sarah is deeply committed to advancing inclusive environments beyond her professional responsibilities — actively contributing to advisory committees, legislative initiatives, and professional learning communities.

Michael Zivsak, Licensed Master Social Worker

Michael is a dynamic and versatile professional whose expertise bridges clinical social work, education, and banking. He holds a degree in finance — with substantial experience in lending and risk analysis for nonprofit and multinational organizations — along with a Master of Social Work, with both micro and macro licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker in Michigan.
He has helped businesses form partnerships with schools and create supportive and inclusive work environments. With specialized training in trauma, resilience, and grief, Michael has spent over two decades supporting children, families, and the professionals who care for them — including clinical consultation on complex cases, and supervising limited license social workers and graduate students within the graduate schools of two Michigan universities. An accomplished speaker and trainer, he has presented to local, state, national, and international audiences for more than 20 years.
